The family links will take you to either a series of narrated ancestry web pages or to pdf files showing graphical representations of the family tree.
Ancestry pages
This link will open a page focused on the root person. Clicking on Home in the menu bar from any page will show you links to the hamstra-venema.net home page and to the root person page. You can navigate to any person quickly by selecting from Individuals or from Surnames in the menu bar.
Each person has a separate page. You can navigate to parents or children by clicking on their names wherever they appear, including on the graphical ancestors tree near the bottom of the page. This tree shows a maximum of five generations, so it may be useful to also have the pdf file open when navigating.
Person pages may also have images and narratives. I will add to these as time permits. Any contributions from relatives will be welcome.
Family tree (pdf)
This link will show you a basic version of the complete family tree as a pdf image. If you have chosen the browser option to save pdf files you will have to retrieve it from your file system. If the pdf opens in your browser the text may be blurry. For best results use a viewer such as Adobe Reader or PDF-XChange Viewer. Set magnification to 100% to be able to read the text, or zoom out and pan to see larger portions of the tree.
The yellow nodes represent marriages; lines to the left of nodes lead to children and lines to the right lead to the parents. Note that only people who are ancestors of Jack and Margaret are included.

You can save the pdf files, but I may change them at any time. The date of the last update is at the bottom of the pdf page.
